Mimico Mountaineers Shine in 2023 National Lacrosse League Draft

The Mimico Mountaineers are thrilled to congratulate our graduates who received the incredible honour of being selected in the 2023 National Lacrosse League (NLL) Draft this past weekend at the Toronto Rock Athletic Centre in Oakville.

Ontario's reputation as a powerhouse for NLL prospects was further cemented in the 2023 NLL Draft. An impressive fourteen of the nineteen first-round picks were from the OJLL, highlighting the league's significant contribution to the sport. Notably, 41 of the 97 athletes drafted, a remarkable 42%, were proud OJLL alumni.
