Whether it's on game day or behind the scenes, our volunteers are crucial to the smooth operation of our club.

Why Volunteer with Us?

  • Volunteer Mountaineers receive exclusive benefits: Receive a Regular Season Pass for all Mountaineers home games and enjoy additional perks when available.

  • Build Your Experience: Perfect for those with sports management or sponsorship experience looking to enhance their skills while helping us elevate our brand and fundraise, or for high school students seeking community services hours or placement opportunities in a fun and dynamic sports environment.

Some Volunteer Mountaineers duties Include:

  • Front Door Staff: Manage admission, 50/50 and merchandise sales on game day.

  • Game Day Security: Help us ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all fans.

  • Timekeeping: Operate the Game Clock and 30 Second Clock (experience/training required).

  • Social Media: Keep fans engaged with live in-game updates.

  • Game Day Entertainment: Manage music and create an electrifying atmosphere.

  • PA Announcer: Be the voice of the Mountaineers during games.

  • Mountaineer Booster Club: Support lounge operations/bar services (Smart Serve Training/Certification required).

  • Equipment Management: Oversee and organize game day equipment.

  • Dressing Room Attendants: Maintain a professional environment for players.

  • Sponsorship and Marketing: Help in expanding our reach and securing vital funds.

  • In-Game Promotions: Enhance the game day experience for fans with special in-game promotions.
